The Two Faces

In the classroom teacher called Riya and asked her a mathematics question.

Hey Riya! Can you please tell, if I give you 4 apples, how many apples will you have with you ?

Riya innocently said, Ma’am i will have 5 apples.

Teacher smiled and repeated the question again, Riya! if i will give you 2 apples and another 2 apples. How many apples will you have with you now?

Ma’am I will have 5 Apples, Riya Said.

Teacher got angry and asked the same question again.

and unfortunately Riya reverted the same answer.

Teacher slapped Riya and asked her If I will give two mangoes and again 2 mangoes, how many mangoes will you have with you?

Crying Riya replied, ma’am I will have 4 mangoes.

Good Riya, Teacher said !!

I will ask you same question again, If i give 4 apples, how many apples will you have ?

Ma’am Five!, Riya replied !!

Teacher got irritated, why are you saying 5 in case of Apples & 4 in case of Mangoes ??

Riya innocently said – Ma’am, my mother already gave me one apple today.

Moral of the story – In many phase of our life, while judging others we do not see the other side of their story. We keep on judging them with our mindset but the reality is far away from this. In the above story, teacher and riya both have their prospective views. Both were correct in there aspects, but if we look from their individual point of view, both of them were correct.

Lets not look anything from one side of the story. Do have you second opinion about everything
