मैंने कुछ लोगों को अकसर यह कहते सुना हैं की ‘ अगर मै इस काबिल
होता तो इस काम को करके सबको शॉक कर देता । अगर मुझमे यह
क्वालिटी होती तो मेरे लिए इस काम को करना बहुत आसान होता
। ‘….लेकिन यह बात रियलिटी से बहुत दूर है, जरूरी नहीं है कि वही
इंसान उस काम को कर सके जिसमें योग्यता या क्वालिटी है । जरूरी है
उस इंसान में इस भावना के होने की कि वह उस काम को कर सकता है
। योग्यता या क्वालिटी प्रत्येक इंसान में होती है लेकिन उसमें विश्वास की भावना नहीं होती । वह उस वर्क को करना चाहता है
उसमें योग्यता भी है और क्वालिटी भी, लेकिन उसके मन में विश्वास की भावना नहीं है । उसे खुद पर भरोसा नहीं है ।
अगर हमें खुद पर भरोसा है, विश्वास है तो
हमे बड़े-बड़े काम करने के बहुत चांस मिलतें रहेंगे । पर अगर
हमें खुद पर भरोसा नहीं है तो वे सारे ओपपोरतुनिटी हमें कभी
नहीं मिल सकते.. और अगर मिलतें भी हैं तो हम उनसे कुछ भी
नहीं सीख या पा सकते हैं ।
मैंने सोने के बारे में पढ़ा था कि सोना धरती की सतह पर बिखरा नहीं
होता हैं, उसे पाने के लिए मजदूरों को हजारों फीट की कठिन खुदाई
करनी पड़ती है….जरा-सी लापरवाही होने पर वो हजारों फीट अंदर ही धस सकता
है फिर भी एक आस से वो खुदाई करता है । बहुत कठिन रास्तों पर खुदाई के बाद कहीं जाकर
उसे सोना मिलता है, पर कुदरत का करिश्मा तो देखिए की इतनी मेहनत के बाद मिला सोना शुद्ध नहीं होता है, उसमें मिट्टी, पत्थर
और कई तत्व मिले रहतें हैं। जो बहुत मेहनत के बाद ही शुद्ध सोना के रूप में मिलता है। बस फ्यूचर की आस ही हमे आगे बढाती है, हमारे कोरी उड़ानों को साकार करती है, ये विश्वास ही है जो हमें फर्श से अर्श तक पहुँचा देता है । बस जरूरत है
हमारे अंदर जो गुण सोये पड़े हैँ, उन्हें जगाएं और उनका पूरा-पूरा उपयोग करें ।
