Our brain works on the same formate as body. If you will eat healthy, you’ll get vitamins, protein. However, the opposite is true, asking for help is a sign of strength. Either you are feeling low or happy don’t shy in asking for help. It will make your relationship stronger & sharing your issues will help you to get the other side of the solution.

Meditate- Before we drive in, I want to say meditation is loaded with many good things. Practicing it will make you more relax, more aware of your surroundings, your thoughts, and how your body feels. Meditation is not about controlling your mind. It’s about watching it. Noticing it. And being at peace with it.

Take a walk/enjoy nature- Nature is very restorative- a simple walk, sitting outside and watching your surroundings, can definitely make your mood cheer up. Take out some time for gardening or feeling the nature. Take some coffee or tea whichever you like the most and feel the magic of nature.

Imagine yourself as a kid– Have you ever seen tension on kid’s face? Definitely not, because Kids focus on happiness and joy. They don’t know about the pain, even after falling down they stand up and smile. So learn these habit from kids. Don’t take stress, pain, sadness or hurt. Just focus on happiness and joy. I mean just be like a kid sometime.
